The Site Visit Coordinator / Dispatcher for Lubbock, Texas will serve as a physical site coordinator and dispatcher and be required to communicate with healthcare providers through verbal and written communications. The Site Visit Coordinator will be responsible to conduct pre-enrollment, post enrollment, and address change site visits at healthcare providers physical office locations. The Site Visit Coordinator will also dispatch assign inventory to the appropriate coordinators depending on geographical areas The position requires high level literacy, communication, critical thinking skills, reliable transportation with frequent travel within territory, excellent time management skills, solid judgment, and a strong work ethic. Must live within 60 minutes of Lubbock, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct face to face scheduled and unscheduled visits within the provider community.
- Dispatch assign inventory to the appropriate Site Visit Coordinators.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Medicaid program and policy, online provider resources, internal processes and technological applications.
- Independent management of local territory by utilizing various reporting methods.
- Meet all contractual obligations while establishing and maintaining positive interpersonal relations.
- Develop interpersonal relationships with peers and workgroups while working remotely.
- Participate in team training and workgroups in addition to individual territory responsibilities.
- Special Job Requirements are In-home Remote worker with minimum of 50 percent travel and 50 percent dispatching duties.
- Must reside in the assigned territory including the following Counties: Lubbock and surrounding area.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working directly with healthcare providers
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Medicaid, Medicaid manage care, and or commercial health plan managed care.
- Ability to self-monitor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Compensation for roles at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

California: $49,800 — $120,600
Colorado: $49,800 — $104,200
New York City: $57,600 — $120,600
Washington: $53,000 — $111,000
